I installed the accelerator but when i click the button 'DIAL' on the Agent Desktop screen I get the message "Dial is not implemented in the demo version".

Please help me with the same.

As indicated by the message…
We don’t provide an example of outbound dial via the TAPI Demo components we provide with the CCA Shell.

If you have a proper CTI solution to connect too, you can enable that feature set in the CCA Call Control bar, and use your own CTI Connector and manager layer.
