Please help!How can I manage the device's login and logout status by CCA system?

Dear friends,
I have the requirement as below,can you help me,thank you.
I want the users who use the CCA to click a button to check out the CCA when he is not available,in order to inform the device(for example:Avaya IP office 500) not to send the ring call to him.How can I achieve this?

Can you share me some sample source codes?

By the way, if it needs to use below interfaces?
