Start/end times on CCA event does not match campaign event in CRM.

Customer has CRM 2011 with the CCA for event management. Everything seems to be working well, except when they create an event in CRM and publish to the portal, the event times are wrong. An event that is supposed to run from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (in CRM) shows up on the portal as 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Have checked time/time zone settings on CRM server, Portal Server, CRM user, and CRM admin account. How do I get the event times ont he portal to match? Thanks much.
