crm2011 cca AgentDesktop showing authentication error

hi everyone,

when i login using AgentDesktop.exe , i find this following error:

Unable to login - Please make sure your login details are correct and try again. Contact administrator if the problem persists.

firstly when i open the agentdesktop.exe i find my name on it already rather than my user id.

secondly , the authentication for the riconfigloader file also  fails out.

can any one suggest me, how to proceed..?

Hi Abhisekh,

Check the agent desktop config file, and verify:

1. The organization service url - whether your user id has the rights on that particular org

2. authentication mode: Windows/Online/Custom

The login issue can occur if your user doesnt have the rights on the crm organization.

If this doesnt resolve your issue, you can post some more details on it
