Hi all,

I would like to know what it is the future of this great asset, let me explain better, I understand that Microsoft has on their CRM roadmap to improve Contact Center, probably going with another type of technology. I would like to know what are the plans for CCA and if this is aligned to Microsoft plans, and if this is true, what is the timing.
