Troubles with CCA - Not running properly

Hi everyone. I'm having some troubles when trying to install CCA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

I'm following  Gareth Tucker's tutorial steps for "Integrating the WPF CAB Libraries with the Composite UI Application Block", at step 4 "Expand the CompositeUI.Windows project" I'm having this error.

"GO Offline.

The Team Foundation Server is currently unavailable.

This solution will be openhed offline".

At first I just closed that windows and continued with tutorial, but at the end, when opening the AgentDesktop.exe get the following Microsoft Customer Care Accelerator Error:

" Hosted Application "x" could not be created. Contact administrator. " multiple times

Where X is "Dialer", "Workflow Manager", "Current Session Viewer", "Customer Search", "Application Explorer", "Session Tabs", "Workflow Explorer", "CRM" and "My Dashboard".

I keep pressing the OK button and I finally get into the CCA, but nothing appears to work correctly. What am I doing wrong?
