Agent Desktop in CCA

Hi All,

Please provide me the clarification for the below this issue.

When I am trying to open the Agent Desktop it is prompting the below error.

Unable to login - Please make sure your login details are correct and try again. Contact administrator if the problem persists.

 

Below are the details present in the log file.

"Not a valid organization service URI."

You need to configure that in the CCA Example, in the web config... read though the Getting started section of the CCA CHM,  that will walk you though setting up CCA's example code.

I am at the starting stage in working with msd application.

Can u please give the path for "Change this to the CSR Manager role name in the system’s language"

Where Can I change the CSR Manager.Pls specify the path.Thanks in advance.

One thing I didn't get.

i.e, the string "CSR Manager" to be replaced by "CSR Manager role name" in the system.

please tell me the exact string which replaces "CSR Manager".

What the original phrase would be would be dependent on the language that CRM was installed with. If the you used a English based CRM install then you don’t need to change it .
