About CCA Workflows

I've been working lately with Customer Care Accelerator R2 for Dynamics CRM 2011 and I have had the need of the following:

  1. "Locking" an application during a certain workflow step, or during the whole workflow. Which is basically that the user wouldn't be able to change from one application to another when he is running a certain workflow or workflow step.
  2. Making workflows available depending on the user. Since my business requierements have the need for a very big ammount of workflows, I would like each user to see and use only the workflows that are meant for him.

Hope you guys can help me out with this!
