Error when run RIConfigLoader

Hi!

When i´m run de RIConfigLoader, i got this error below:

There was an error retrieving the metadata from the CRM. Please ensure that the RI solution is installed and the processes are activated
Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

Parameter name: index

What could be?

- My CRM 2011 is a Brazilian Portuguese.
- I have UII Solution Imported in CRM

Did you follow the procedure in the Deploying CCA Help doc?
You need to have the UII Solution installed AND the RI Solution.

Hi!

You created the org with language other than English. There is a constant inside code, that looks like 'CSR Manager'. Change role name accordingly and you will be able to proceed (Or change code)

Yea.. Iv reported that as a bug..

There is a hardcoded value, where the RILoader is looking for CSR Manager,

You either need to change the title of the Role in CRM to CSR Manager, or alter the code to match the language you are deploying it in
