CCA integrating with Office Communicator

Dear team,

we are interesting to know if it is possible integrate OC with CCA for CRM 2011. I meant when I receive a communicator call and I answer recuperate the contact information about this person, etc. If it is possible? If the answer is yes how I could set up? Is necessary to develop something?

There is not feature set out of the box that does this yet, However Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) does have the capability to do this. I believe there a few other Microsoft Partners that have developed this capability for UII as well. Aspect, Cosmocom, XRM are the ones that come to mind.
