CCA and Limited User CAL

Hi,

I was told that CCA can be used with Limited User CAL( Read Only license). We have a customer who has their own set of applications but are interested in using CCA only without using other features of CRM. 

We tried to configure and do some work on CCA but when we log in as the user with limited CAL we keep getting "Fatal Error Message". 

The error that we are getting is related to a privilege error where the privilege with the issue seems to be in "write for session transfer".

We have tried giving the user UII Agent role as well as UII Administrator role and also share the records in the UII entities as well. 

Has anybody faced this issue and if yes can someone help me resolving the issue ?
