Is It Possible to use Workflow Without HAT and How?

Hi All,

I m stuck at point.

I m using HAT for workflow bt workflow is not working. I m applying this workflow on CRM Contact .When I use HAT in CRM Contact application it is not showing CRM Contact in Agent Desktop.

steps i have done is mentioned below :

And for more information , yes it is possible to create workflow without using HAT .

We can create our own adapter.
