Hi,

I wrote a hosted application('Maps')  that has an Action : 'MapAddress'.

Also created a sequential workflow that calls the Action "MapAdress".

But the workflow is not working its showing an error in AgentDesktop.

Action 'MapAddress' cannot be fired because the target application 'Maps' is disabled/unavailable.

Can someone please.. help..... :(.Its Urgent!!

Thanks,

Appzzz

Is the Maps Application running at the time you call the action. Meaning is it in the session?

That error appears when UII can’t find the hosted application in the current session.

Case of the hosted control AND action name is important.

Matt,

Thankyou so much for your reply.

I am new to CCF so can you  please tell me how can I know if the Maps Application is in the session or is it running?

Please,......

#1 way to tell if the app is in the right session is if you can you see it in the desktop.

If you have configured it as a global application, it will start when the desktop does, if you have not, then it will start with you look up a customer and load that customers session.

Matt,

I configured it as a global application. But still getting the Error. :(.

Is there any other option that you think I have to try?

Waiting for a reply.
