CTI using TAPI

Hello.

I have installed CCA and tested it. All was fine beside one thing. I can use CTI tool only in this way :

When customer calls, I press Answer button, and then pick up call receiver. Session to customer has been opened.

But we want session to be opened without pressing Answer button. I find "EnableAutoAnswer" property in "CallStateManager" calss,

but this didn`t help. After, I dicided to open session, when call connection to caller has been established, but I got error, when want to search caller, using

DoSearchFromCTIRequest() method, which is in ICutomerSearch interface. The cause of error is threads conflict.

How can I achieve to automatically answer performance ?
